Carys Lawlor

Carys Lawlor is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at The Wilkes Partnership Solicitors since May 2021, Carys has previously held multiple HR positions at JHC from September 2009 to April 2020, including HR Manager and HR Business Partner, where significant achievements included implementing a new salary review process and managing a substantial recruitment drive. Earlier experience includes roles at EY, where responsibilities encompassed policy guidance and training event management, and at ATS Euromaster as an HR Assistant, supporting HR administration. Carys holds a Master’s degree in Molecular & Cellular Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and completed secondary education at King's High School for Girls Warwick.
