Maria Heckel

Maria Heckel is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing & Business Development Director at Wilkes since October 2024. In addition, Maria holds the position of Board Trustee at the Martin James Foundation and serves as a CIM Midlands Board Member and Ambassador for the Chartered Institute of Marketing, focusing on promoting the marketing profession in the Midlands. Previously, Maria worked as a part-time Marketing Director at The Marketing Centre and managed MHM Associates Ltd, a marketing consultancy, for nearly a decade. Maria's academic background includes a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a BA(Hons) in Business Studies from Teesside University.
