Danielle Chase has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse counseling. Danielle has worked as a Chemical Dependency Counselor at the Family Counseling Services of Cortland County, Inc. from January 2012 to November 2012, where they provided individual and group counseling and responded to crises. Danielle also worked as a Behavioral Health Clinician in the Institutional Program at The William George Agency for Children's Services, Inc. from June 2008 to June 2012. In this role, they provided therapy to adolescents and families, supervised staff, and collaborated with interdisciplinary team members. Additionally, Danielle has experience as a Parent Educator at Cornell Cooperative Extension and as an Intern at Dryden Elementary School. Currently, they are working as the Director of Operations/Compliance Officer at The William George Agency for Children's Services, Inc., where they oversee operations and ensures compliance with regulations.

Danielle Chase has an extensive education history. Danielle obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Binghamton University, specializing in Social Work, from 2010 to 2012.

In 2017, Danielle enrolled in the Bell and George Strell Executive Leadership Fellows Program at Hunter College to enhance their skills in not-for-profit leadership. Danielle completed the program within a year, finishing in 2018.

In addition to their formal degrees, Danielle has also acquired various certifications. Danielle obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from SUNY Cobleskill - College of Agriculture and Technology in August 2023. Danielle became a Certified Animal-Assisted Intervention Specialist through The Association of Animal-Assisted Intervention Professionals in January 2023.

Furthermore, Danielle gained certification in the LGBTQ Academy SafeZone Train-the-Trainer Program from Out Alliance in June 2022. Danielle also obtained an Emotional Intelligence certification from Binghamton University in June 2022. Moreover, they acquired the CANS-NY certification from the PRAED FOUNDATION in July 2021.

In terms of professional licenses, Danielle became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the New York State Education Department in December 2015. Additionally, they achieved the Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC-Master) designation from the INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION & RECIPROCITY CONSORTIUM in April 2017.

To round out their certifications, Danielle received a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Certification from the American Red Cross in December 2018. Danielle also holds an Adult CPR/AED and Child CPR and First Aid Certification from the same institution, which they obtained in December 2020.
