Shannon Coccimiglio, MSW, currently serves as the Family Services Coordinator at The William George Agency for Children’s Services, Inc., since March 2023. Previously, Coccimiglio held the position of Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance at Oswego Industries Inc. and served as the Director of Employment Services and Program Manager at Unity House of Cayuga County Inc. Additionally, Coccimiglio has experience as a Program Coordinator at Southern Tier Care Coordination, Substitute Teacher and School Social Work Intern at Ithaca City Schools, and various roles in workforce development and social services, including positions at Tompkins County and Challenge Workforce Solutions. Coccimiglio earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Keuka College.
