Currently serving as Director of Sales at The William Vale since February 2018, Troy previously held the position of Senior Group Sales Manager. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at sbe Group and Group and Catering Sales Manager at W Hotels, where Troy consistently exceeded revenue goals and improved client satisfaction. Troy's background also encompasses positions as Assistant Manager at Baltusrol Golf Club and various internships, including work at Trump National Golf Club, providing a strong foundation in food and beverage operations, event coordination, and customer service. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
