Julian B. Wills III

Julian Wills serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for the Wills Group.

In this role, Blackie oversees the strategy, management, and successful operation of the company’s nearly 300 retail locations across the Mid-Atlantic region, including Dash In, Splash In ECO Car Wash, and SMO Motor Fuels.

Over Blackie’s tenured career at the Wills Group, he oversaw and led the transformation of the company’s Dash In and Splash In retail operations across the Mid-Atlantic region as Executive Vice President of the convenience retailing business unit. Notably, he directed the introduction of Dash In’s neighborhood store concept and launched its fresh Craveable made-to-order sandwich menu. Blackie also restructured the company’s real estate and development efforts to enable the expansion of the company’s retail offerings with a vision toward the future. Additionally, in 2019, Blackie spearheaded the company’s headquarters relocation project, including architectural design, construction, technology, and branding, to create a collaborative, modern working environment for employees that supports the growth of the business.

Prior to joining the Wills Group, Blackie worked with PNC Bank as an Assistant Vice President in the commercial real estate group.

Blackie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the Loyola University of Maryland.
