Anthony vander Kolk

Anthony Vander Kolk currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Windquest Group, providing legal guidance on various issues for the company and its affiliates since April 2022. Prior experience includes Corporate Counsel at Mérieux NutriSciences, where responsibility encompassed commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Anthony has also held roles as a Teaching Assistant and Student Clinician at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, assisting in negotiation coaching and client counseling. Previous experiences include a corporate legal internship at Mérieux NutriSciences, a judicial externship with Cook County Government, and various projects related to research and leadership development. Anthony holds a B.A. in International Development from Calvin University and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
