David Weick

David Weick is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management roles across various establishments. Currently serving as Maitre'd at Brennan's Restaurant since November 2016 and as Food Beverage Manager at Windsor Court Hotel since October 2010, David has extensive experience in front-of-house operations and upscale dining. David has also held significant positions in nightlife management, including Assistant General Manager at OZ Nightclub since February 1993, and General Manager roles at Karno Hospitality Group overseeing multiple venues from November 2007 to May 2010, as well as at WETBar Nightclub & Blue Dance Club from December 2004 to February 2006. David's educational background includes studies at Delgado Community College and the University of New Orleans.
