Rosemary Downing-Espinal

Rosemary Downing-Espinal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and development within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Senior Advisor at The Windward School since December 2024, Downing-Espinal previously held significant roles at CCS Fundraising from October 2020 to December 2024, including Vice President and Interim Chief Advancement Officer, Assistant Vice President, and Senior Director. Prior to that, Downing-Espinal was the Chief Development Officer at A Way with Words (Wayword, Inc.) from May 2016 to July 2018, and served as Interim Executive Director at both the Helen Knoll Memorial Foundation from March 2014 to March 2015 and the San Diego Association of Nonprofits from June 2012 to October 2013. Downing-Espinal earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley in January 2006.
