Tom Fiorella

Tom Fiorella currently serves as the Windward Fund Associate and Parent Association Liaison at The Windward School, where responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring over 150 volunteers and revitalizing volunteer programs following COVID-19. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Parent Programs at Ethical Culture Fieldston School, managing over 300 parent volunteers and organizing more than 90 family-oriented events annually. Additionally, Tom held the role of Social Media Manager at Tribeca Pediatrics, where engagement rates on Facebook consistently exceeded 10%, and held various administrative and managerial positions across organizations such as Porter Novelli, Mount Sinai Medical Center, and Teachers College, Columbia University. Tom holds an A.B. in Public Policy and American Institutions from Brown University and furthered education at Teachers College, Columbia University.
