Patrick Saboe

Patrick Saboe is an experienced winemaker with a career spanning over two decades in the wine industry. Currently, Patrick serves as a winemaker at The Wine Foundry since August 2012. Patrick has held winemaking positions at several notable wineries, including Verismo Wines from June 2007 to December 2012, Crushpad from August 2010 to July 2012, Pezzi King Vineyards from December 2007 to November 2008, and Petroni Vineyards from July 2006 to November 2007. Patrick began the winemaking career as an assistant winemaker at Keller Estate from June 2003 to July 2006. Educationally, Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Viticulture and Enology from the University of California, Davis, earned between 2000 and 2002.
