Rob Wallace

Rob Wallace is a seasoned project manager and coffee industry expert with extensive experience across multiple roles. Currently serving as Project Manager at The Wine Foundry, Rob oversees over 200 projects from inception to completion, collaborating with various departments to ensure timely delivery. Previous positions include Director of Coffee Quality at Mr. Espresso, where Rob focused on sourcing and blending, and Director of Coffee at both Zaca Coffee Company and Thunderking Coffee, managing coffee operations and quality assurance. Rob's background also includes roles in sales management and entrepreneurship, having co-owned 2nd Craft Cold Brew and co-founded Beer Paper LA. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from San Francisco State University.
