Sarah Demont

Sarah DeMont has extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Warehouse Manager for The Wine Group since September 2025, Sarah previously held managerial roles at Cowanna Almond Harvesting and Jackrabbit Equipment Inc., focusing on warehouse oversight and agricultural equipment. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Starbucks and Target, as well as roles in sales and marketing, including an internship at 5.11 Tactical. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon.
