Phil Worack

Phil Worack is the Chief Operating Officer at JCAD since April 2019 and a Commercial Loan Broker at 11 Capital Finance, a nationwide commercial mortgage company, since January 2019. Additionally, Phil has served as Chair of the Advisory Board for TLS Holdings, Inc ~ The Winning Seat® since March 2013. Phil holds a degree in Finance, with a focus on Accounting and Finance, from Northern Illinois University.
