Ray Miller has an extensive background in preconstruction services, holding leadership positions at various construction companies such as Winter Construction, Balfour Beatty US, Turner Construction Company, Skanska USA Building Inc., and Robins & Morton. Ray graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management.
