Chase Courchaine

Chase Courchaine has a diverse work experience in the real estate and investment industry. Chase started their career at Lionstone Investments in 2010 as a Senior Accountant and later transitioned to the role of Analyst in Portfolio Management. In 2014, they joined Rialto Capital Management as an Analyst before moving to The Wolff Company the same year. At The Wolff Company, Chase held various positions including Senior Analyst/Development Associate, Senior Development Associate, and currently serves as the Vice President of Development since January 2020.

Chase Courchaine attended Washington State University from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting.
