Dornan currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at The Wolff Company, where they focus on improving the residential rental experience for residents while delivering investment returns. Prior to their current role, Dornan was the Director of People Operations at Offerpad, where they built strategies to support hypergrowth across multiple markets and scaled the company's workforce from 75 to over 600 people in 18 months. Dornan also served as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Financial Engines and Amazon, where they provided strategic leadership and support to thousands of employees.
Throughout their career, Dornan has held various HR roles at companies such as LifeLock, Gannett, GoDaddy.com, Bank of America, and T. Rowe Price.
Dornan McGuire completed their education at Regis University, where they obtained a B.A.S. degree in Human Resource Management / Organization Development in 2008. In addition to their degree, McGuire also obtained the certifications of SHRM-SCP from SHRM in April 2015 and Senior Professional in Human Resources from HRCI in December 2011.
