Jason Rastegar

Jason Rastegar is a seasoned professional in multifamily development and acquisitions, currently serving as the Director of Multifamily Development & Acquisitions of LIHTC at The Wolff Company since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Vice President of Development at The Richman Group from March 2015 to November 2023, where responsibilities included roles as Associate and Project Manager, as well as Analyst. Jason began the career as an Associate Intern at Urban Housing Partners from October 2015 to March 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge. Jason further developed professional skills through participation in YPG-NAIOP SoCAL from 2017 to 2018.
