Charlene Dawes is currently serving as a Mentor for the Mentoring Programme for Women Leaders at The Women's Foundation since October 2023 and holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Director at Pacific Century Regional Developments Ltd since December 2022. Additionally, Charlene has been the Managing Director at Tastings Group since July 2008. Educational qualifications include a Financial Analysis and Management Accounting Online Certificate from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed in October 2023, and an FT Non-Executive Director Diploma from the FT Board Director Programme, completed in March 2023. Charlene also holds a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Pepperdine University, obtained in 2000, and attended Shatin College from 1991 to 1997.

We are a non-profit organisation (registered charity number 91/6962) established in 2004 and dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in Hong Kong through ground-breaking research, impactful and innovative community programmes, and education, media engagement and advocacy. Our three key focus areas are challenging gender stereotypes, increasing the number of women in decision-making and leadership positions, and empowering women in poverty to achieve a better quality of life for themselves and their families.
