Sofia Castillo has a diverse work experience. Sofia started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Elements Massage® in 2019. In 2020, they interned at The Florida Senate and gained valuable experience in clerical support and office organization. Sofia also worked as a Support Specialist at The Michaels Companies, Inc. and as a Front Desk Receptionist at Studio 5 Hair Salon during the same year. Sofia continued to expand their legal experience by interning at the law office of Anabelle Dias in 2021, where they handled subpoenas, witness lists, and translated for Spanish-speaking clients. Sofia also worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Tryst Hair Studio, where they managed schedules and inventory. Sofia took on leadership roles as a Founder and President of the TERRA Girl Up organization, where they organized events and ensured that feminine hygiene products were available in all school bathrooms. Sofia later became an Event Coordinator for the American Mock Trial Association, coordinating legal events and team bonding activities. In 2021, they also held the position of VP of Events and Vice President at The Women's Network, demonstrating their organizational and leadership skills. Sofia's most recent position is as a Legal Clerk at Eraclides Gelman, where they are responsible for closing case files, inputting data into the ATO system, and assisting paralegals with paperwork and client contact.
Sofia Castillo completed their high school education from Terra Environmental Research Institute between the years 2015 and 2019, obtaining a High School Diploma with a focus on Environmental Science. Sofia then pursued further studies at Florida State University, starting in the year 2020 and projected to finish in 2023. Sofia is currently working towards earning a Bachelor's degree in Criminology at Florida State University.
