Justin Farr

Justin Farr is an accomplished packaging professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Packaging at The Wonderful Company since February 2019. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions at FIJI Water, including Packaging Engineer and Associate Packaging Engineer, from May 2016 to February 2019. Justin co-founded The Cardboard Guys Co., where responsibilities included serving as CEO and Lead Engineer from June 2014 to April 2016. Additionally, Justin contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer at California Polytechnic State University in late 2014 and worked as a Student Assistant from September 2011 to June 2014. Justin's early industry experience includes an operations engineering internship at Stryker Sustainability Solutions, where improvement of production processes was a key focus. Justin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
