Lara Olson

Lara Olson, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at The Wonderful Company since August 2021, having previously held roles as Manager and Sr. Recruiter within the same organization. Prior to this, Lara gained valuable experience at Gothic Landscape from July 2015 to August 2021 as part of the People and Talent team, contributing to one of North America's largest family-owned landscape companies. Additional experience includes roles as Staffing Manager at RemX Financial Staffing, On-Site Staffing Manager for Safeway NSC at PES, and Client Service Manager at HR Pro Inc. Lara's early career involved positions as Store Manager and Training Manager at Sports Experience, LLC, and as Training Supervisor & Administrative Assistant at RAVS LLC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Psychology from Arizona State University and studies at Hawaii Pacific University.
