Zachary Espiritu

Zachary Espiritu currently serves as a College Success Coach at The Wonderful Company, where support is provided to over 90 students per term across multiple universities, focusing on individualized action plans that address career, well-being, finances, and academic goals. Previous experience includes roles as a Student Athlete Academic Coach Graduate Assistant and Career Advisor Graduate Assistant at California Polytechnic State University, where Zachary developed life skills, implemented SMART goals, and guided students through career services resources. A background in outreach and mentorship includes creating newsletters and teaching growth mindset material at the Silicon Valley Education Foundation. Zachary holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Counseling and Student Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from California Polytechnic State University.
