The Woods Academy
Deborah Ann Dosh is an experienced educator with a focus on specialized academic tutoring and curriculum development. Since August 2006, Dosh has served as a Specialized Academic Tutor at The Woods Academy, where responsibilities include planning differentiated curricula, coordinating team meetings, and implementing specialized teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs. Prior to this role, Dosh worked at The McLean School for over 20 years, where curriculum planning and psycho-educational testing informed personalized interventions. Dosh began their career as a Learning Specialist and Academic Tutor at Holy Redeemer School, providing support to both teachers and students across grades K-8. Dosh holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education from West Virginia University and has completed 45 graduate credits at Trinity College.
