Derek Sall

Derek Sall currently serves as the CFO and COO of Worden Company, where responsibilities include driving strategic revenue growth and leading the Great Game Of Business implementation. With a diverse background in finance, Derek has held various roles including Financial Expert at More Growth, and Founder & Financial Expert at LifeAndMyFinances, aimed at assisting individuals with financial challenges. Previous experience includes Finance Manager at MillerKnoll, Senior Financial Analyst at Herman Miller, and Merchandising Analyst at Office Depot, among others. Derek holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from Grand Valley State University. Active in community service, Derek has contributed as a member of the Board of Directors for Access of West Michigan.
