Andrew Saunders

Andrew Saunders is an experienced senior manager with a strong background in service and technology transformation, currently serving as Head of Service and Transformation at The Works Stores Ltd since July 2020. In this role, Andrew oversees service delivery for over 500 stores and colleagues, ensuring the highest quality standards. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Projects and Programmes, focusing on the technology roadmap and project delivery across the company. Previously, Andrew worked as Programme Manager and Business System Manager at Ideal Shopping Direct, managing E-commerce platforms and IT projects while directly reporting to the CTO. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University, completed in 2016.
