Melanie Webb

Melanie Webb's work experience includes various roles in project management, operations, finance, and sales. Melanie is currently the Head of Portfolio Management, Operations and Finance at The Workshop since June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Portfolio Delivery at The Workshop from October 2022 to May 2023. Before joining The Workshop, Melanie worked as a Senior Project Manager at Centtrip Ltd from March 2019 to June 2020 and as a Senior Project Manager, Engagement at Instinctif Partners from November 2015 to March 2019. Melanie also has experience as a Senior Event Manager at State Street from June 2011 to October 2015, as a Sales executive / Project Manager at Shorex from January 2010 to June 2011, and as a Sales and Marketing Executive at TODDAY from November 2007 to April 2009. Melanie started their career as a Service Evènements et location d'espace (Stage) at Centre Pompidou in 2006.

Melanie Webb completed their Master's degree in Business, Marketing, and Communication from NEGOCIA - Centre international de formation à la vente et à la négociation commerciale. Melanie attended this institution from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: the PRINCE2 Agile™ Practitioner Certificate in Agile Project Management from PeopleCert in May 2021 and The Complete Agile Project Manager certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2020.
