Diana Thomas

Diana M Thomas is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the field of reproductive health and egg banking. As the Founder and CEO of The World Egg and Sperm Bank since 2004, Diana has positioned the organization as a leader in egg banking, pioneering a structural foundation that serves as a model for other banks in the industry. Prior to this role, Diana founded X AND Y CONSULTING, INC. in 1996, one of the first egg donor recruiting and matching agencies in the United States, which developed a comprehensive roster of potential egg donors. Diana holds a Master of Architecture degree from Arizona State University.
