As the Founder and CEO of The World Egg and Sperm Bank since 2004, Diana has positioned the organization as a leader in egg banking, pioneering a structural foundation that serves as a model for other banks in the industry. Prior to this role, Diana founded X AND Y CONSULTING, INC. in 1996, one of the first egg donor recruiting and matching agencies in the United States, which developed a comprehensive roster of potential egg donors. Diana holds a Master of Architecture degree from Arizona State University.
