Lauren Kitz

Director Of Engagement at World Justice Project

Lauren Kitz has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Engagement at the World Justice Project. Prior to this, they worked at Women Deliver as the Manager of Youth Engagement from 2019 to 2020. Lauren also has extensive experience at the National Democratic Institute (NDI), where they held various positions including Senior Program Officer for Citizen Participation and Inclusion, Program Officer for Citizen Participation and Inclusion, and Project Assistant for Governance. Lauren has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant/Consultant at the World Peace Foundation, a Community Engagement Fellow at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and an Executive Assistant at Amazon Watch. Additionally, Lauren has interned at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and served as a Development Associate at the Bay Area Video Coalition. Lauren began their career as an Executive Administrator at The Youth Treatment and Education Center.
