Lorna Ayala

Lorna Ayala currently serves as a Residential Advisor at The World since June 2021, where Lorna plays a key role in client engagement and marketing by communicating the unique offerings of the organization. Prior to this, Lorna accumulated extensive experience at Delmay Corporation from September 2013 to June 2021, first as the Director of Accounts managing important client relationships and ensuring seamless execution of events, as well as earlier roles as Account Manager and Sales & Operations Coordinator. Lorna also held various positions at Richfield Hospitality from June 2010 to September 2013, focusing on sales, marketing, and guest services, and began a career at Tempo Hotel Miami in guest services and concierge. Lorna's educational background includes studying at Florida State University and Tallahassee State College, following graduation from St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
