Martyn Lancaster is an experienced maritime professional with a career spanning over 40 years, including notable roles such as Owner of MSLtraining since December 2019, where specialization includes crowd training, fire team assessments, damage control, deck operations, and risk assessments. As a Security and Safety Officer for The World since June 2008, Martyn also conducts safety training. Additional roles include serving as a New Build Maritime Safety Trainer for Virgin Voyages since January 2020, and previously as a Safety Manager for Norwegian Cruise Lines from May 2000 to January 2007. Martyn's career began with service in the Royal Navy from 1980 to 2000, following education at Hereward Comprehensive.
