Erica has a background in hospitality and restaurant PR, with experience working with various clients in the industry. Erica has also contributed as a writer for an online food and drink publication and has held positions in public relations and corporate communications. Erica holds a BA in Spanish and Women's Studies from Emory University, and a MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
