Andrea J.

Andrea J. is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management and talent acquisition. As the Founder of The AJ Standard since March 2019, Andrea has been instrumental in driving the company's vision. In addition, the role of Senior General Manager at The Wright Fit began in October 2017, preceded by a position as General Manager. Andrea's experience also includes serving as a Talent Acquisition & Performance Coach at Roomeze from June 2016 to March 2017 and as a Sales and Marketing Representative at UDR from May 2012 to March 2016. Earlier in the career, roles included Facilitator at Midlands Honda from May 2010 to May 2012. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Medgar Evers College, CUNY.
