Wilfried Assongba

Wilfried Assongba is an accomplished personal trainer currently working at URBN Playground and The Wright Fit since 2022 and 2020, respectively. Additionally, Wilfried serves as an exercise specialist at Optum, a role held from May 2022 to January 2024. Prior experience includes a position as a summer basketball coach at TEAM STEADY BUCKETS from July 2018 to August 2019, where Wilfried led engaging activities for youth and focused on skill development, safety, and sportsmanship. Wilfried earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a French Minor from the College of the Holy Cross, completed in 2020.
