Adrian Roche is an experienced Executive Chef with a distinguished culinary career spanning several decades. Adrian began as Chef Patron at Jacobs Ladder Restaurant from 1997 to 2008, followed by a role as Company Executive Chef at Urban Picnic Ltd from 2010 to 2020. Currently, Adrian serves as the Group Executive Development Chef for Michael JF Wright Hospitality since 2021. Adrian holds a City & Guilds qualification in Culinary Arts/Chef Training with Distinction from CERT Killarney, completed in 1986, and a Leaving Certificate from Blackrock College, earned in 1982.
