Matthew Fowler

Matthew Fowler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various fields. Currently serving as a Performance Analyst IV at the Colorado Department of Human Services, Matthew specializes in performance management strategies and data-driven insights. As the Chief Financial Officer for YBN, a nonprofit organization, Matthew oversees financial management to support neurodivergent children and their families. With a background in research at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Matthew has conducted experiments, managed research teams, and built collaborations with stakeholders. Additional roles include yoga instructor and previous positions in grant writing, policy advising, and laboratory management. Matthew holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and Bachelor's degrees in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Biochemistry from the University of Wyoming.
