Sarah Potter Aia

Sarah Potter, AIA, is a Development Associate at The X Company, with experience managing a construction portfolio exceeding $450 million. Previously, Sarah held positions as an Associate Architect and Architectural Associate at LM Consultants, where responsibilities included overseeing pre-construction document reviews for various building types, and as an Architectural Intern at Torti Gallas + Partners, Inc., where involvement focused on multi-use dwelling construction drawings. Additional experience includes roles at FINFROCK and Potter Architects LLC, engaging in design coordination and field analyses. A graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Sarah also served as a student representative on the Board of Trustees, contributing to academic affairs discussions.
