Amit Jain

Amit Jain has worked in a variety of roles in the financial services industry since 2002. Amit started their career as a Senior Intern Treasury Risk Management at Citibank India in 2002. In 2005, they joined Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Associate in Transfer Pricing. In 2007, they moved to PwC India as a Manager in Transaction Structuring, Mergers and Acquisition. In 2010, they joined KPMG US as a Director in Deal Advisory, Mergers & Acquisition, and was promoted to Senior Manager in Mergers and Acquisition. In 2018, they joined Z Nation Lab as a Venture Partner, and Dhruva Advisors USA, Inc. as a Principal in M&A, Deal Advisory, Family office, JV/Investment. Most recently in 2020, they joined The X Future as CEO, and USACFO as General Counsel.

Amit Jain obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance and Taxation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2002 and 2005. Amit then obtained a Finance and Accounts degree from the University of Mumbai between 1999 and 2001. In 2016, they attended Stanford University for Continuous Studies in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2017, they attended Harvard Business School for a Private Equity & Venture Capital Executive Education in Private Equity & Venture Capital Investments. Amit also obtained a Chartered Accountant certification from the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
