Demetrius Wren

Demetrius Wren has a diverse work experience in film and digital media. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Director, Writer, and Producer for the Streetball Documentary until 2010. In 2010, they became an Editor at Rocketboom, before transitioning to the role of Director at the Fred Rogers Company from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Demetrius served as Director and Producer for the feature film Moon and Sun. Demetrius then joined FreemanXP as a Creative Director from 2015 to 2020. Simultaneously, they taught as an Associate Professor at the University of Pittsburgh in 2017, where they also directed the feature film Rehabilitation of the Hill from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Demetrius worked as a Freelance Filmmaker for Twitch in 2020 and is currently working as an Associate Creative Director at XD Agency since June 2022.

Demetrius Wren attended Florida State University from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. At the university, they focused their studies on Film/Cinema/Video Studies. Additionally, during their time at Florida State University, they were a part of the Film School, specializing in Cinematography and Film/Video Production.
