Rachel Kava has extensive work experience in the event production industry. Rachel started their career at Bradley Associates as an Event Planning Intern in 2007. Rachel then worked as a Freelance Coordinator at America Reads*America from 2005 to 2008. Rachel joined XD Agency in 2009 and held various roles including Coordinator, Associate Producer, Producer, Senior Producer, and Executive Producer. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Production at XD Agency.
Rachel Kava attended the University of Maryland, College from 2004 to 2008, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business.
