Mae Earman

Mae Earman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and account management. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at The Xela Group since October 2018, Mae Earman co-founded this diverse, woman-owned company that offers professional services to Fortune 1000 and SMB companies across the United States. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Strategic Accounts at Genuent and National Business Development Manager at Experis IT, where responsibility included selling IT staffing and managed solutions services. Earlier positions include Director of Business Development at Mindbank and Area Director of Recruiting at NPS of Atlanta, overseeing a recruiting organization for multiple offices. Mae Earman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from The University of Georgia.
