Kristen James is an experienced professional in the management of aquatic and leisure facilities, currently serving as Area Manager at The Y NSW since July 2015, with previous roles including Cluster Manager and Centre Manager for regions such as Narooma, Moruya, and Batemans Bay. Prior experience at YMCA NSW from August 2007 to June 2015 includes positions such as Assistant Manager, Centre Manager, Aquatics Operations Coordinator, Training Coordinator, Frontline Coordinator, and various customer service roles. Earlier work with SLM from July 2006 to October 2008 involved serving as Centre Manager. Kristen James holds a Bachelor of Behavioral Studies in Behavioral Sciences from Swinburne University of Technology, completed between 2018 and 2022.
