Megan Romanes is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at YMCA NSW since May 2022, with a higher duties role in this capacity from November 2022 to January 2023. Previously, Megan held the positions of People Coordinator APAC and Office Coordinator at Ai-Media from May 2019 to May 2022. Educational achievements include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from RMIT University and a short course in HR Technology Across the Employment Lifecycle from the Australian HR Institute. Megan also holds a Master of Applied Linguistics and a Bachelor of Speech, Hearing and Language Sciences, both from Macquarie University, along with foundational education from Marist Sisters’ College Woolwich.
