Juliana Lopes is a seasoned professional in the tourism and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Web Sales Executive in E-Commerce and Revenue at The Yeatman since February 2023, where responsibilities include managing OTA contracts and optimizing rate and availability data. Previously, Juliana held the position of Deputy General Manager and Sales Executive at Golden Tulip Hotels, Suites & Resorts, focusing on budget management and commercial strategy implementation. Prior experience includes roles at Associação de Hotéis Rurais de Portugal, where Juliana was involved in tourism promotion and customer acquisition, and a trainee position at Turismo de Portugal, concentrating on market studies and administrative support. Juliana holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Universidade de Aveiro, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidade do Minho, and a formation course in Revenue Management from Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Porto.
