Adam House has a strong background in digital project management and delivery. Adam started their career in 2009 as a Digital Project Manager at Webstars Ltd, where they worked until 2011. Adam then moved on to Wunderman as a Digital Account Manager for a brief period. In 2011, they joined Sound Nation as a Digital Project Manager and later transitioned to STEEL London, where they continued to work as a Digital Project Manager until 2014.

In 2014, Adam joined Ekohe as a Senior Digital Project Manager and eventually became a Digital Project Director until 2017. Adam then joined Arq Group as a Senior Digital Project Manager in 2017, and later became the Head of Delivery for NSW until 2019.
