Ann Gauvin Walton, CRHA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at The YMCAs of Québec, where responsibilities include HR management for 1,600 employees during the pandemic, leading employer branding initiatives, and improving HR process efficiency. Previous roles include Project Lead for HR activities in launching a new YMCA in Quebec City and a bilingual Human Resources Consultant for short-term projects. Ann has also held positions such as Human Resources Professional during repatriation to Quebec, Director of Human Resources at ICDDR,B, Community Education Director at the American International School - Dhaka, Manager of Human Resources at SHL Systemhouse, and Senior Human Resources Officer at TV Ontario. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Social Sciences from Concordia University and a DEC in Sciences Humaines from Jean-de-Brebeuf.
