Christine Lapointe-Lagueux is an accomplished professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources, Performance, and Strategies at Les YMCA du Québec since May 2016. Christine also held various leadership roles within the organization, including Chef de la transformation and Vice-présidente Ressources Humaines. Prior to this, Christine was the President of Ressources Humaines CLL Inc., offering HR management services from July 2015 to May 2016. Christine's earlier experience includes significant positions at Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur de Montréal, encompassing Directrice des ressources humaines and Directrice adjointe à la direction des ressources humaines. Christine holds a Master's degree in Management of Organizations from Université Laval and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from the same institution.
