Eric Trudel

Eric Trudel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and customer experience within the health, fitness, and tourism sectors. Currently serving as Vice-président opérations and General Manager for downtown Montreal at Les YMCA du Québec since October 2015, Eric Trudel oversees general operations, business planning, and employee experience among other responsibilities. Prior to this role, Eric Trudel was the General Manager at Tourisme Mont Tremblant, where the focus was on promoting the Mont-Tremblant region and managing strategic initiatives. Earlier positions include Guest Experience Director at Station Mont Tremblant and various management roles at Intrawest and CEDROM-SNi. Eric Trudel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Université de Montréal and a DEC in Science from Cegep Lionel-Groulx.
