Nicolas Greenfield

Nicolas Greenfield possesses extensive experience in program development and innovative finance, currently holding multiple leadership roles at The YMCAs of Quebec since September 2016, including Lead in Scaling and Innovative Finance and Director of National Program Development. Previously, Nicolas contributed as Responsable du mentorat de groupe at Toujours ensemble and as an Intervenant at Carrefour communautaire. Early career roles include teaching assistance at Concordia University, guiding and coordinating activities at Base de plein air Air Eau Bois, and pursuing education in management and sustainable development at HEC Montréal, where a Master's degree was earned. Additionally, a Bachelor of Arts degree was obtained from Concordia University, along with studies at Université de Montréal.
