Andrew Scott

Andrew Scott has over 15 years of experience in construction and maintenance roles within the water distribution and waste management sectors. Currently employed as a Construction Technician at The York Water Company since April 2015, Scott focuses on maintenance and repairs of water mains, customer services, and upkeep of pumps and water tanks. Previous experience includes an Operator position with West Manchester Township, responsible for wastewater pump station maintenance and road construction upkeep, and serving as Plant Manager at Bituminous Paving, Inc., where duties encompassed equipment management and extensive maintenance tasks. Scott is currently pursuing a degree in Business/Commerce from the American Public University System.
